Rose F. Roselli December 2, 2021 Family Schedule
Sometimes Children get out of school before we get off work. We should make sure someone is there to get them after school and stay with them until we return home. If we have no one to do that then a day care for him or her is recommended. It is less stressful knowing our Children are not home along without adult supervision. If we are married, quality time is necessary. Intimacy is very important so time should be spent with our spouse without our job on our mind. It is OK to talk about how our day went but not the entire time. This is the time to relax and enjoy each other.
The kids will love it because they can pick out a planner that`s colorful and fun for them to use. You will want to make sure they want to use it. Dad will be happy knowing that he is picking up kids on time and knowing when to schedule family business around work business. Mom will love it because she can finally buy the planner of her dreams and cost won`t be an issue.
The family that plans together stays together. Establish a meeting day and time and stick with it. Sundays are a great time to establish schedules. For one, it is when most families spend time together, whether it be church, dinners or just relaxing from the weeks events. The established day must be one that all members can attend. Remind attendees to bring their planners. General pencil and pen with paper are not acceptable.
Keeping everything organized in your home environment will be of great help to you. You can now manage the tasks well, and the whole discipline of your house will be maintained. Work, school and extracurricular activities can keep a family bouncing around and never being able to really keep track of who`s bouncing where. There is one way that is sure to work in keeping your family in control, on schedule and never dropping the ball.
We can get the next day clothes ready the night before. This will give us a chance to check to see if it is right. If something needs to be done to it, we will have time to do it. Last minute details can ruin our day. We can rise up an hour earlier to meet our family need before heading off to work. We can do things like ironing their clothes or washing a load of clothes. We can take meat out of the freezer and place it in the refrigerator to thaw out if we know what we want to cook for dinner. We can do some house cleaning and prepare a chore list for the Children. A lot can be done in an hour. If we do some of those things, we will be more productive at work because we will not be thinking about the things that we need to do at home.
More and more I am realizing that most of your issues can be resolved by simply scheduling your day. What do I mean? Make the schedule, the calendar, the timer, something concrete, outside of you, the authority. Also, a schedule preps your child for the day and upcoming events. You will find your children much more cooperative if they have been clued in to the plan, and more importantly, included in the planning.
